After-sale Service

1. Product warranty: We provide 15 months warranty for our equipment, instrument. Wearing parts are not in warranty scope.

2. Installation: Firstly, we provide installation instruction which indicates preparations customer need to do for installation.

3. Training: The engineer who goes to site for installation will make a training for customer’s team. He will train them how to operate, maintain and deal with common break down.

4. Break down handling: For the common break down and faults of our equipment, firstly we will provide solution or provide spare parts for break down in 24 hours. Secondly, if the problem can not be solved we will send our staff to customer site to deal with the problem until solved.
